HERStory tickets are now open. Speaker and attendee spots are limited.
Most women spend years editing themselves down. HERstory is the room where you stop doing that and say the thing you’ve been carrying — whether you’re ready to share what’s on your heart or simply sit in the room and experience it. Wherever you are in your journey, you’re met with warmth, support, and connection.
It didn’t happen all at once. Life got full — good full, even — and somewhere in the beautiful, busy middle of it, your story got moved to the back. Not forever. Just… later. And later kept coming.
Maybe you haven’t said it yet because it still feels too raw. Too close. Too big for the life you’ve built around the silence. Maybe you’ve done the work. You know your story. You’re ready to stop whispering it and finally own it — out loud, in a room, with women who are ready to receive it.
And here’s what nobody tells you: you can build a career, a brand, a whole life — and still be building on a shaky foundation if you haven’t claimed the story underneath it all. We are drowning in noise about how to show up. Nobody is asking you to go inward first.
We are.
We are Aleks and Mic. And before HERstory existed, we looked around and saw the same thing everywhere we went — women with full lives and silent stories. Not because they had nothing to say. Because there was nowhere safe to say it.
Not therapy. Not a speaking club. Not a place where you need to have it all figured out before you open your mouth. We built the room we wished existed. A place that meets you exactly where you are — whether you’ve never said it out loud or you’ve been saying it and are finally ready to own it from a stage, with a mic, in front of women who have been waiting to hear you.
We know what it feels like to sit in your own parking lot and talk yourself out of it. We know the voice that says who am I to take up this space. We also know what happens when you walk in anyway.
Women take the mic each evening. Script or no script — every story is welcome exactly as it arrives.
Minutes on the mic. Enough time to say the thing you've been carrying.
Minutes where every person in the room writes down what your words made them feel. Yours to keep, forever.
You show up. You take the mic if you’re ready — or you sit in the room and let other women’s stories do something to yours. Both are valid. Both are powerful. When you speak, nobody critiques your story. Ever. What you’ve lived is yours and it is enough.
Walk in as you are. No prep required. No perfect story needed. Just you, exactly as you are right now.
Say it out loud. Or witness someone else do it. Either way, something shifts. The room holds you the whole time.
Liberated. Less alone. And tapped into something in yourself you may have forgotten was there.
Your story lands. You’re met with presence, not judgment.
Whether you come to listen or to take the mic, both are acts of courage. Both matter. Choose what feels right — you can always come back for the other one.
Come to listen. Leave feeling seen.
An intimate, guided evening where you come to listen, reflect, and connect in a space that feels warm, real, and intentionally designed.
Say the thing. Be fully heard.
A guided opportunity to share your story, be held by the room, and walk away with something lasting.
After you secure your speaker spot, you’ll choose what feels right for you:
• Receive thoughtful, anonymous feedback from attendees
• Or simply share your story, no feedback, just holding space
Both options are fully supported.
Every HERstory night is different, but one thing stays the same, women leave feeling something they didn’t expect. Here’s what they’ve shared after being in the room.
Aleksandra Heide and Monica Inestroza-Curtis had created a room full of women that were rooting for each other. HERStory!! Wow! Epic idea and brilliantly executed launch of this amazing event.
I was so immersed in the conversations, I didn’t take a single photo, which probably says everything about the space that was created. What you’re building with HERStory, Aleks and Mic, is powerful.
I was there as an observer, but I left thinking about my own voice and how often we wait until something feels “ready” before we say it out loud. This gave people a place to try before that point.

If you're capable, experienced, and still feel like you're just getting started —she's talking to you. Mic doesn't just speak to women — she hands them the mic. In every room, on every stage, on every page, she creates space for women to stop performing and start becoming. Because HERstory was never meant to be quiet. And the most underused solution in the world? Women who are done waiting their turn.
